2014 — marked the founding year of IN-Person Corporate. It was a turbulent time in Ukraine’s history, and societal moods were changing rapidly. Businesses began to request psychological support for employees to increase their engagement and efficiency.

We gained the status of Preferred Partner from ICAS International (now Lyra Wellbeing), the world’s largest EAP provider. We completed training on implementing EAP services according to global standards and began offering them to the Ukrainian branches of international corporations.

We brought together professionals from the psychological field into a team to support the employees of our clients. This allowed us to provide offline consultations not only in major cities but also in most administrative centers across Ukraine.

During this period, offline consultations were in higher demand, which became the driving force behind the creation of a nation wide network of psychologists.

More than 50 international companies and 100,000 employees are already connected to the EAP service. The average number of daily inquiries exceeds 100 employees.

We became the Ukrainian EAP provider for another global market leader— the Canadian company Morneau Shepell.

This year, information about the effectiveness of EAP in the context of our country began to appear more frequently in the mass media, which spurred growing interest from international corporations in implementing this service in their Ukrainian branches.

The first anniversary of the company — 10 years in the psychological support market.

This year, we became the first Ukrainian company to be featured in the leading international publication in the field of EAP services, THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL EAP COMPENDIUM. Ukraine was represented as a provider in this field, and our founder, Natalia Nalyvaiko, was recognized as the author of a publication on the topic ‘Challenges of EAP in Ukraine.’

A highly qualified specialist with a Master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg (France) in psychology (clinical psychology, psychoanalysis, psychopathology),
Nataliya has thousands of hours of practice.

Nataliya — also holds an МВА. and is one of the first graduates of the business school
МІМ-KYIV. She obtained her business education and completed an internship at one of the leading American business schools — Carnegie Mellon University.

Her many years of experience at the international giant, Dupont de Nemours International helps Nataliya understand the lives and feelings of corporate employees.

Since 2014, I have presented
at least three international events each year Portorož, Vienna, Berlin, Amsterdam, New York, Warsaw, and others. In 2023, I was invited to be a keynote speaker at the 17th International Conference of the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, which took place in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

My presentation was dedicated to the war in Ukraine. After I finished, the entire audience stood and gave me a standing ovation. At that moment, I was overwhelmed with emotions, as I truly felt the support of Ukraine from this community.

Two years later, the EAP service appeared in the Ukrainian market, and for the past 10 years, its quality has met international standards.
